Recently named Australia’s best restaurant by Gourmet Traveller, Attica’s cleverly balanced Antipodean dishes are an experience like no other. Chef Ben Shewry intricately combines earthy flavours with a contemporary flair, allowing the produce to shine. Diners can choose either the Chef’s Table menu on a Tuesday night, which offers a five-course degustation of Attica’s newest dishes, or the eight-course Tasting Menu from Wednesday through to Saturday. There is also a full vegetarian tasting menu, which is as expertly crafted as the original. Be sure to book in advance, as reservations are often full months ahead.
