With a French fusion and utilising the best in local produce, at Kazuki’s you can expect anything from ‘Lamb – backstrap, confit shoulder, olive, zucchini flower, goat cheese’ to steaming ‘Moreton Bay bug dumplings, sake emulsion, ponzu jelly, rainbow chard’ and even ‘Tarte tatin’ served with a spicy sweet gingerbread ice cream. This is all teamed with a wine list affording the best of Daylesford’s vineyards.
